Vila Krivaja in Zavidovići, Bosnia and Herzegovina

Vila Krivaja was a residential building for the company "Eissler und Ortlieb", which was founded in 1884. It has Romantic characteristics on the inside such as wooden motifs, usage of different kinds of windows, outer staircases and porches. It was equipped with the state of the art plumbing and electrical installations.

In the World War One, the Vila Krivaja was used as a command and stay centre of some high officials of the Austro-Hungarian army. That was her purpose for the entire World War One.

It is not protected by law or an agreement, but however, there is an indicative that the municipality of Zavidovići becomes an owner and then it would be turned into a museum.


It is in the ownership of PD “Krivaja Mobel” Zavidovići.
